Frequently asked questions
How much do the services cost?
You start from 249 RON per month with zero setup for the Start plan and go up to 2.499 RON per month for Premium, depending on how many flows and campaigns you need. The one-time setup differs per plan and is shown in the pricing table. The audit at the start is free.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We work on a monthly subscription and you can stop anytime. We would rather keep you because you see results, not because a clause ties you down.
Do you use my current platform or a different one?
We can migrate you from Mailchimp, Brevo, NewsMAN or whatever you use now onto our own platform. You keep your list, history and subscribers. If you want to stay on your tool, we can discuss that too.
What about GDPR and my customers' data?
We work under GDPR, sign a data processing agreement and never use your list for anything else. We only send to subscribers who opted in, with one-click unsubscribe.
How soon will I see results?
Automated flows like cart abandonment start bringing sales within the first weeks after we switch them on. Monthly campaigns grow the result over time, as we clean the list and learn what your audience responds to.
Do you write the copy or do I have to?
